On the Norwegian side of the Tana River system, fishing is regulated by three separate regulations for the border section, the lower Norwegian part of the Tana River, and for the Norwegian tributaries. Additionally, TF can further restrict fishing in accordance with § 10 of the Tana Regulations. Here are all the fishing regulations.

Regulation on registration and marking of boats Boats intended for use in fishing in the Tana River System must be registered by the owner who is permanently residing in the fishing area of the Tana River.
